WA.-BASED WEB TECHNOLOGY COMPANY OPENS TEMPE OFFICE

TEMPE, Ariz., April 18 -- The city of Tempe issued the following news release:

Bellevue, Wa.-based DataSphere Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of online neighborhood content and advertising in the U.

S., today announced it is opening a second location in Tempe, Ariz. The new office, located at Fountainhead Corporate Park, Park Square Building, expects to hire a total of approximately 220 people over the next few quarters.

Karsten Peterson, of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc., worked in conjunction with Sam Pruitt of Dallas-based Site Selection Group to represent DataSphere in the lease negotiations for its 22,849-square-foot office. Mark Gustin of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona, Inc. serves as exclusive landlord representative for the owners of Fountainhead Corporate Park.
